Celebrate La Sandia’s Chile Relleno Festival this August!

Chef Richard Sandoval introduces an all-new, special menu for guests to enjoy one of Mexico’s most signature dishes, revisited with his signature modern adaptations in presentation and flavor.

For a limited time (8/1-8/31), guests will be able to sample four new chile rellenos as well as a mini relleno tasting. Two seasonal handcrafted cocktails have been created as well to wash down this menu: the Pomegranate Margarita and the new Coconut Mojito.
