We do not accept credit cards and vouchers must be purchased in advance by company checks, bank checks, or US funds money order. Payment must be accompanied with completed order form.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not issue monetary refunds for any vouchers that were purchased and not redeemed within the valid 2015 program year. However, you may exchange any unused 2015 vouchers for the new 2016 vouchers. All vouchers will be honored through December 31, 2015; exchanges must be postmarked no later than November 15, 2015. Unused vouchers submitted for exchange need to include cover letter, complete contact information and shipping charges.

Size of Group and Arrival Time
While you are visiting Santa Monica Place and dining in our food court it is our goal to make sure you have the best experience possible. It is important to make food vendors, stores, and security aware of your group arrival to assist with safety and staffing. Please provide group size and arrival time with your order. We also appreciate notification of arrival time changes.
Parking is available for tour buses at The Santa Monica Public Lot PS 1 North, however parking is not handled by Santa Monica Place. Santa Monica Place is accessible for those with disabilities. Concierge also provides Complimentary wheelchair services on a first come first serve basis.
